Which Challenge is right for you?

Both Weight Loss and Transformation categories require “before” and “after” photos as well as a personal story of your 90-Day journey.

Transformation

This Challenge is for people who are ready to alter their physique, gain muscle, lose fat or tone up, regardless of total weight loss. This Challenge is based on the change in your body fat percentage.

Weight Loss

This Challenge is perfect if you’re trying to lose a large percentage of your total weight and establish more consistent healthy way of life habits. This Challenge is based on percentage of weight lost.

How to take “before” and “after” pictures?

Take three (3) recent “before” photos and three (3) “after” photos at home: front (1), side profile (2) and back (3).

Win-Worthy Tips

  • Show 3/4 body or full body
  • Clearly show 90-Day Challenge colored wristband
  • Dress in a swimsuit or similar clothing
  • Pose the same in before and after photos
  • Stand comfortably, without pushing out or sucking in your stomach

Remember: Submit all six (6) photos + your personal essay between May 1 and May 9 by 9 pm CST to be considered for prizes.
